Malcolm X has always fascinated me. From crushing poverty/ tragedy/prison rose a strong, eloquent figure who ignited long brewing feelings about inequality.
Love him or hate him, his words on black nationalism and cultural pride were revolutionary and MUCH needed for all people of color.
“When one is moderate in the pursuit of justice for human beings, I say he’s a sinner.”
